Hyatt, Barnwell and Nurse are practically 20/20 specialists. Three players were making their 20/20 debut.

Of this team, only Darren Bravo and darren Sammy are certain of a test place. And they beat a Pakistan side most of you expected to win easily....

Point taken, but some of the errors West Indies made in the field were worse than what you'd expect in school cricket. Like Jono said, the quality of this match was worse than even some of the IPL games.

Not to take anything away from West Indies though - the result is what counts in the end. The challenge will be for them to sustain their performance in the two longer formats. If they play like they did today, they're screwed.

But it's hardly the Windies team that was going to lose every single match to the marauding Pakistan team, now are they?

If Pakistan had won this match, I wouldn't be hearing that this was 'meaningless'. Rather, I'd be hearing how rubbish the Windies is, they've no talent, they can't even win a 20/20, etc.

Well, I dunno about others, but I've always maintained that all T20 matches played outside of the T20 World Cups are all virtually meaningless. I would have said the same if Pakistan had won.

This is the worst international match that I can remember.

Horrible ground. Like a sandpit.

Empty stands for a T20 match.

Two absolutely horrible teams.

Misbah acting like a ****** and trodding on his stumps.

You have a player not knowing the friggin' rules, and trying to hit out thinking its a free hit when it's not.

Disgusting cricket. Won't be watching much of this series if this is the quality.
