I wonder if McCullum doesn't play like this often for NZ is because he bottles it or tries too hard? I know the popular thing to do is say he's a sell out who only tries when there are big bucks on offer, but I reckon it could be the opposite. Way less pressure in the IPL imo, not when compared to the knee jerk NZ public. Less pressure means he can just play and not think.
