Chanderpaul going randomly bat-**** crazy is one of my favourite things in cricket.Chanderpaul is such a strange player. He has the shots to score quickly (hundred vs Aus in 70 balls in a test and an epic finish against Vaas in an ODI being just 2 examples) but he bats at the same pace irrespective of the state of the game most of the time.
Yup. And I hope the players realize the significance of that and don't take it lightly. This is Pakistan's best chance to win their maiden test series in West Indies.
No idea. I think it has to do with the fact that the selectors, like the general PCB management, are thick pieces of ****What has Alam done exactly to get dropped and piss the selectors?
I think they won a series in the mid 2000s there IIRCThis is Pakistan's best chance to win their maiden test series in West Indies.
Nope, we have never won a series in WI.I think they won a series in the mid 2000s there IIRC
One of the greatest test series of all time IMO. Epic stuff. Imran's dream unfulfilled (according to him) due to some dodgy umpiringEdit: Should point out that Imran's team should have won the 1988 series if not for some dodgy umpiring.
may have..........he knew that the WC was important if he wanted to make a cancer hospital in Pakistanyeah Imran rates this series as the highlight of his career and not the 92 WC triumph would have retired from int cricket had they won this series.
Yeah, as if there was any logic to their selection at all. Won't be surprised if Farhat is back for testsAgree with Razzaq. He has been shafted. Scored one of the best ODI hundreds in years last year and for his sins Pak have him at 8 for the WC.
Abdur Dartman is pretty fortunate to still be involved. Doesn't take wickets and there is no point in having him in the squad when you have Afridi, Ajmal and Hafeez around.
