Ryder looking good. Maybe it's because of his exploits against India, but his technique with his short backlift makes him look like one of the hardest batsmen in the world to dismiss once he gets set.

Good recovery so far by Rossco and Ryder. SAF will be confident enough after seeing this. 240 can be chased quite easily but anything under 200 puts the batting 2nd team under some pressure.

Don't rate Peterson but Tahir on the other hand was a good find for South Africa. Taylor in particular has to be careful against him.
