Eight to win and Johnson bowling half trackers instead of Yorkers.

In it's own way it's worse than the two bad overs from Lee and Tait. Just brainless.

**** off, Troy Cooley.

Let's not forget Australia were in a pretty decent position with 11 overs left. It was the fast bowling implosion plus an excellent partnership that got India home. The total was defendable.

Ohh fffssss. It's not losing so much as how we've lost, and this last period has been disgracefully bad

India needed 6 runs an over and had 5 wickets left. The RR never got out of control all innings and even at 187 for 5, India were still favourites.

Well played by these two though. UV played a miss a ****load of times but has come good this WC. Biggest competition to Afridi for player of the tournament.

Well played India. Deserved win today. Held it together there in the end

Yuvraj was great.

Hope Pakistan beat you by 200 or 10 wickets.

If that's the end of Ponting, well he went out holding the side together, a fitting end for a great player.

Now I can get some sleep for the next couple of weeks.

Yeah, it was definitely defendable, but it was also definitely a bit below par. And it's not like Australia were ever in any major danger of being bowled out, the extra runs were there for the taking.

Not that they bowled at all well anyway..
