Yuvi you beauty

(I admit though that I was about to curse Dhoni for giving another over to a non-specialist)

Dramatic turnaround TSTL. Yuvraj has to be a contender for the man of the tournament. I suppose with Ashwin doing well in this game and Yuvraj contributing consistently this attack doesn't look that bad after all. On a turning track I would back it against most teams.

Wow, actually a great call from Nicholas.

So frickin' true. The team is a waste of talent.

Can't warm to them at all.

ind33d. To use an example, I've been watching the Liverpool game tonight, David Ngog comes on for the last 15 minutes, barely makes a run. Joe Cole comes on for 5 minutes, works his backside off, starts creating things immediately. So much easier to like the latter.

West Indies have so much talent. But apart from Pollard and Russell, they don't look like they even care. No fight, no grit.

Loath as I am to agree with Nicholas, he does make a good point WRT Sarwan. Him blocking an end up is putting undue pressure on his partners to score.

It's ok when there's a chap who's set at the other end, but when he goes (a la Smith today) there can be a flurry of wickets as the new batsman tries to tee off from the word go.

& Russell goes as I type. Sigh.

Into the number elevens now. Like the guy in the crowd with the 'catch the ball!' sign. Quality.
