I think that taking a wicket away is an overly harsh punishment but I agree that the problem needs addressing. Though at the end of the day, if the threat was the removal of a wicket then send offs would be removed from the game instantly. There punishment would be immaterial because it wouldn't ever be needed. No player would be stupid enough to do it if that was the deemed punishment.

Lee has such a great attitude to the game. If Australia had 10 Lee's and Hussey, they'd be one of the best teams in the competition. Instead they will probably get kicked out in the next round.

I've not seen it but if what Spark said is correct then there's no need for it in the game IMO

Yeah agree with this one. Preventing people from expressing their emotions really makes this game less worth watching. Not to mention that in the heat of the moment, Im sure the majority of bowlers will probably continue to do the same irrespective of the penalties.

Because I think it's still a viable alternative to the current "punishment" and deserved more consideration than you were obviously willing to grant it.
