Yeah he obviously thinks Gul is awesome and is being treated pretty harshly.

What he's missing is that the reason Gul doesn't open isn't necessarily because he can't bowl with the new ball, but because Razzaq can't bowl with the old one. It gives them another bowler if Gul bowls first change, and Razzaq has been awesome with the new ball since they started going this way. I was a sceptic at first too but it's been working.

Yeah, he's more forumer than commentator.

I disagree with him a lot but I actually like his style; unlike many others he tries to make insightful points and build cases for them.
