I read all the transcripts
.........but yeah even in the transcript every second sentence he mentions Imran. In this interview it doesn't sound like this but Imran really was a dictator. He was a fatherly figure too you could say he had an aura of benign paternalism but paternalistic he was. He worked very hard and always gave his best and he expected others to put in their best efforts as well. After that if the team lost he wouldn't say much but if he thought that somebody had slackened then that player could expect hell. With the possible exception of Javed Miandad everyone in the team was in awe of Imran Khan and other than the fear factor there was genuine respect too which oozes out from most of the players that played with him.
