The pitch had no part in that one. In fact, the only one where it obviously led to a dismissal was with Bennett's 2nd lbw shout. Mostly awful batting.

So 5 of the top 6 got out the same full straight stuff that messed them in the t20 world cup in '07. Talk about lessons not learned. Also What's the point of Patel coming so far down the batting line up

Someone tell the commentators that everyone already knows how to bowl to **** batsmen on a below average pitch, they can stop pointing it out.

Against the "so called" expert's predictions, the seamers have taken all the wickets and the spinners have taken none.

Not a great showing from Kenya, but the NZ seamers bowled well. They bowled full, at the stumps, giving very little width

Bennett doesn't sound like the most cerebral fast bowler I've ever heard.

Anyway, I suppose this has been a good showing by our lot, but it's hard to say given how dire Kenya have been. No doubt we'll hear about it being a confidence-building performance going into our next game, but it means nothing really.
