HairyDonkey... what a score, what a try, what a pass. Les Bles!

Yikes their coach is right, you never know what France will turn up to play! Seriously, is this how France always react after they smashed by Australia?

What an entertaining game this is. So free flowing. Offloads everywhere. France on fire. What a scrum.

Frank is excited, let it be known.

Mike Tindall and Shontayne Hape the worse center pairing I have ever seen. Tindall was a slow bosh merchant (weak link) in 2003, now he is the captain!

Saw nothing this weekend to suggest a NH side has a chance at the WC. France looked awesome in parts today but Lievremont suffers from Laporte syndrome. Felt for the Italians, Micks deserved ****.

Was at the old cabbage patch for the Eyetie rout (ticket was £73 if anyone's interested).

Engalnd were really pretty good. I'm very much liking the extra ambition we're showing with the ball now rather than just kicking away possession at any and every opportunity and our support play was great throughout. Ashton's was clearly pretty decent. Has an eye for the line, the boy. The front row held their own against the much vaunted Italian trio and our line out was, again, nigh on flawless.

Against that, Flood aside, our kicking from hand was pretty ordinary and we gave away too many soft penalties early on. If Bergamasco jr had landed a ticklish pen after about 20 mins it couldn't been 10-9 and a different ball game.

Still, 59 points and clear scope for improvement is a good day at the office by anyone's estimation.

FFS. ***ton just butchered a 3-on-1 overlap. Luckily O'Leary managed to force himself over from the resulting ruck.

Ireland 15-12 with a minute to the break. Not been a classic, it's fair to say.

If Ireland hadn't scored when ***ton had the 3v1 then he should've been taken out back and shot.

Good kick from O'Gara there, 22-25 with 10 to go.

I'm assuming wales got over scotland?

Got on them at $2.40 last week

Only a $10 bet though :uncool:
Good punting, tbh. Well in a cautious, slightly nancy kinda way.

I tipped Scotland as I thought the Taffs looked quite average against us for the most part, but Hook to 10 made a big difference.

Couldn't believe it when i saw it...I'd heard wales were down to their Colts B side or something but Scotland have been absolute tripe the last few years (including a tripe win over us)

Does this mean the Reds have to do the next parody? Just saying cuz their skillz seem to be off the hizzay fo shizzay.

Good second half performance against Johnny Frenchy. We were a tad fortune to go in level at the break, but 8-0 doesn't quite do justice to our dominance after the interval. Had a couple of tries disallowed (Ashton's correctly for a forward pass; Tindall's harshly for not releasing) which could cost us against a Tri Nations side, but it all looks set up for Dublin provided the sweaties don't buck history and win at Twickers.

Tom Palmer rightly given MOTM; another line out masterclass and made good yards carrying too. The unfortunately emo haircut belies what a serious lock he's turned into.

Only saw last two mins when a mate texted cos I've been watching SA/India, but kudos to Italy. Massive result for rugby over there.

Didn't rate the current France side particularly highly after their performances at the end of last year, especially against Australia, and that loss to Italy yesterday doesn't do much to change my opinion. In saying that, it should certainly should give the Italians some confidence ahead of the RWC and give the game a considerable boost in Italy.

Credit to the sweaties for their performance, but we were utterly dire today. Slow to the breakdowns and our desperately limited centre pairing was finally exposed.

Have to take the win, but we need much more in Dublin to have any chance of the slam.
