This bloke just strung along his front office, NJ, Detroit, Portland, Utah and Charlotte with no intention of signing for the Nets. All those guys who had to deal with rumours of them being traded, most general managers in the NBA and most fans (apart from Knicks ones) are starting to really hate the guy.

to be fair, he maintained throughout that his preference was the big apple...

Seriously, if Perkins didn't go down the Celtics would've stomped the Lakers. I hope LA somehow get out of the West this season. Celts would tap that ass so hard it isn't funny.

Shocked at how under the radar the Bulls are flying. Playing outside their minds even without Noah. An upgrade at SG and they are nasty. Even without it they could take Miami, but they need some outside scoring if they want to get past Boston.

Thibs is coach of the month and Rose is on top in MVP rankings. Not under the radar anymore. Have to say this is fun to watch after sticking with them for a decade of mediocrity.

Really should put the point guard debate to rest. It won't though. Surprised his jumper has improved as much as it has though.

Must say watching Rose play this season, it looks like he knows his scoring zones inside out and no one is able to stop him getting to his spots. Really scary. Bulls chemistry is scary and their defence is up there with Boston and Miami. Maybe they don't need an SG just yet as their chemistry is so good and they have Rose and Boozer (and to a lesser extent Deng) to carry the load and take most of their shots. No one will want to meet them in the playoffs in the East.

edit: Very much a real MVP candidate.

I'm sorta hoping they stick with this lineup and pick up Chandler in the off season.

If they made the All Star Game mean something then it would be the most off the chain game in sports. As in the winning conference gets home court in the Finals. Would be the most insanely intense game of the year. Better than State of Origin( Aussie reference).

Great weekend though. Best one for a long time imo. Wall, Griffin didn't disappoint. Ibaka got hosed for his free throw line dunk, but his toy in the mouth dunk was the worst of the night.

My favourite dunk was the first DeMarr dunk. If his teammate was a tard that would have been epic. Best natural dunker of the lot imo. The car was pretty intense though.

I gave up on the allstar game after one quarter. They so obviously don't care.

So Cleveland have just turned to utter ****? Randomly watched the Houston vs. Cleveland game, and their third quarter was woeful.

Cleveland without Lebron is barely a 15 win team. They've got nothing, especially with Varejao out. They don't have a single player who can defend on their team right now. JJ Hickson is their best player ffs.
