This guy has no drive to try and become sucessful. Has been given countless chances and still nothing. No attempt to improve.. same old story. I hope he's never picked again for a LONG time. Get Uthappa in.

He's got 60 opportunities, and has **** all to show for it, really. Apart from that partnership with Sachin in the Tri-series final in Australia in 2008.

Hopefully they make Rohit slog atleast 5 years in FC cricket before ever picking him again. What a disappointment he's been.

Rahane is criminally ignored for him ,despite averaging 9 more in FC cricket and 8 more in List A cricket for the same state.

And Rohit is given chances again and again. Now has been picked ahead of rahane 3 times.

Yeah I remember that CB series well (praveen was the find and Ishant was actually good back then ). I was pretty happy that the youngsters were performing. But since that series he's done absolutely nothing. Rather he's screwed us over on occasions too, screw us royally. I don't know what the selectors see in him. He's **** when he plays for India. It's as simple as that.

I really don't know why Saffers are so hell bent on making AB keep, he is arguably their best batsman, so why put extra pressure of keeping on him!?
When Kallis comes back they can actually drop an extra bowler and play Van Wyk as the keeper instead which then allows AB to concentrate purely on his batting.
