No they weren't. Amir and Asif might have alledgedly bowled a couple of no-balls to order, but to suggest they were underperforming is nonsense when Amir completely and utterly blew England's top order away.
that's how u make the most money. You get the opposition into a position whereby punters think the team can't lose (meanwhile the are a flurry of bets taken by the illegal betting syndicate on england losing and at good prices too), once all the punters money is taken, then pak throw the game away and bookies make a truck full of money as punters lose all their money.......... and players get a big reward.

The Test batting and bowling victors make sense, and while I may disagree a little, they are reasonable choices.

Don't really care/have an opinion on the winners of the other formats.

All deserved, especially Steyn and Gul. Would have voted for Laxman's Mohali innings myself but I'm happy he won.

Razzaq and McCullum the unluckiest there, but lost out to great innings.

Interesting bit on the end:

The readers concurred with the jurors in all other categories except Twenty20 batting, where Suresh Raina's World Twenty20 century got nearly 40% of the total votes polled.
Er... interesting.
