Lacking in South African fans who aren't fair-weather fans you mean.Stick around though. We're really lacking in South Africans.
WHo have you got money on today? SA again? You leave 0RI0N alone; he's gun.
Not watched that much SA ODIs tbf but it is very very curious that Steyn is so, well, poor in the middle format. On a more controversial note, I hope for SA's sake that Steyn can kick out of passenger mode and contribute consistently to earn his place.
Especially since he's excellent at OD cricket domestically. So it's not just that he's poor at the format. Not watched that much SA ODIs tbf but it is very very curious that Steyn is so, well, poor in the middle format.
Well poor by his standards. Not watched that much SA ODIs tbf but it is very very curious that Steyn is so, well, poor in the middle format.
ODIs 44 43 2156 1933 63 4/16 4/16 30.68 5.37 34.2 3 0 0Well poor by his standards.
I think he struggles to bowl accurate yorkers, so it really costs him.
We don't really need another one when Gambhir and Sehwag come back.Murli Vijay is sooooooooo trash. Ridiculous that there isn't a decent opener at domestic level for ODI games.
Yes we do. Tendulkar rarely plays ODI's. At least one of Sehwag or Gambhir are injured each series (when was the last time they opened again?). There has to be some specialist who's pushing for selection surely? Much rather have a domestic player than Vijay or makeshift guys like Denish Karthik. We don't really need another one when Gambhir and Sehwag come back.
But even if we do ,Mukund should be ahead of Vijay. Infact i would even give Rahane a run as opener ahead of him.
And we did try out Shikhar Dhawan in the last series who was decent.
Parnell and he had it down to a t in the World Twenty20 in England.Well poor by his standards.
