Finch didn't look very fit in the field, I'm surprised they'd go for someone like that. O'Keefe was very poor too, was he just having a bad day, or is he not a good fielder?
Yeah I was bit surprised at how cumbersome Finch looked in the field. You would think he would be energetic on debut..

Cosgrove certainly wouldnt be any worse in the field, is a much better bat but doesnt look the part

Marsh is better in both departments

Hodge is infinitely better in both departments

The selectors are really hard to work out unless you operate in Bizarro World

Finch will surprise you, the guy is a pocket rocket.

Aerobic fitness isn't always the greatest, and I haven't been around the squad for fitness stuff for quite a bit, but he's always been in the top few for 20m sprint, runs between wickets quickly, has pretty good hands and a rocket arm.

Cosgrove hasn't done an enormous amount in Aussie domestic T20 either. Marsh should definitely be there and abouts, but only as an opener. And Warner has that role tied up at the moment, although not sure for how long - be interesting to see how he goes in the IPL, as I think sides are starting to work out their lines to him a bit better.

Not that I doubt you, but the sight of Johnson tearing past Finch in the field while Finch looked like he was running through treacle was hardly impressive.

Weather is fine now, if the girls are on then there should be no problem. Thought that there might have been a struggle to get on because of the amount of rain over the past three days, but obviously they're OK.

Ball's plugging in the outfield a tad, but no dramas otherwise.

Taking a fair old bit of turn too. Sthalekar has got a few to bite.

Incredible the game is being played tonight. The rain was so intense this morning (after three days of solid showers). Modern ground drainage systems are fantastic, 15 years ago you would have no chance of a game.

Warner's found more timing already in this innings than he did a couple of nights ago. Would like to see him go mad and make a big score, do love watching him bat.
