It's nice that we've got all these versions of the game.

I like the fact that the shortest format gives the little teams a sniff of victory now and again.

I love how Englishmen are now using lines that Australians have been using for about 20 years, yet seem to think they're original for some reason.

Hussey takes one above his head - cue Victorian commentators to rave about "taking the grab".
Had a genuine lol at Nasser's comment when he caught it: "David Hussey takes the mark!"

FFS Nass; two months down there and you've gone native.

This guy Watto seems quite decent. How come he didn't bowl much in the Ashes?
I did call it a while back; was seriously underbowled throughout the Ashes. With all due respect to Colly's mix of wobblers and cutters, the fifth bowler was one facet Oz had us beat hollow.

Great work by Woakes on debut, showed great composure.
Yeah, hats off to the boy. Don't think is bowling is up to it at this level, but you can see why Dusty & co like the package. The Dorothy off Tait was so ballsy for a kid on debut and so well executed too.

Think today was the T20 equiv of Cardiff, Cape Town or Centurion. We were safe, choked badly but the last wicket pair got us over the line. Kinda nice we can do so much wrong and still win. Stewie said it in the studio up here: winning's a habit.

Have you guys been getting the Betfair ads with Vaughan in them over there? Or a version of them at least?

I've seen Warney's on the box, but hopefully I'll keep missing Vaughans'.

On today's game, I thought going in, that England might be caught a bit short, with the Oz players playing T20 at the moment. I thought with ours coming off the test stuff and Morgan not playing in god knows how long, we might come a cropper, but they've showed they can win the close games and pulled off a game that shouldn't have gone down to the wire like it did, but credit goes to Watson, he had a great overall game and bowled very well at the end. Woakes has potential as a back up seamer/batsmen and showed great composure for a guy on debut. I think the team will be better for the game and should be a bit better next time.

Nass panned the AFL big time in the PM11 game. Called it a silly game where there's no rules and everyone runs around like headless chooks if memory serves.

It was awful watching Smith and Finch bat together last night. Not a skerrick of footwork between them.

Finch didn't look very fit in the field, I'm surprised they'd go for someone like that. O'Keefe was very poor too, was he just having a bad day, or is he not a good fielder?
