So happy right nowAbsolutely insane that Mitch Marsh would get 290K!!!
According to cricinfo, the reason Ganguly played Ranji this year was to prepare himself for the IPLKaif's pretty active as well iirc. Even Ganguly still plays FC cricket.
Spot on, IMO. I'm not as affected since the two teams I support - Mumbai and Chennai, have pretty much retained the same core of players. Bangalore was my third team though, and I can't see myself supporting them with the bunch they have now, despite the presence of Kohli. If I didn't support MI and CSK, I'd also be considering going the route of the non-Indian supporters and just cheering on whichever set of players I happen to like at any point in time.I'm a bit gutted at the huge changing between the teams, as a neutral I started following a base of players as I don't really care about any geograhical point in India, and had eventually settled on Kolkata Knight Riders. All of a sudden I'm supposed to be following Gambhir, Yusuf Pathan, Kallis, Balaji, Tiwary etc. and I don't like any of those players. I'd probably abandon them entirely if they didn't pick Shakib. And being a spinner I can see him not being played a fair bit. So gutting.
Whats the money in AFL like, NUFAN?Absolutely insane that Mitch Marsh would get 290K!!!
He's probably pretty happy he chose Cricket over AFL now..
Average player salary tops $221,000 - AFL.com.auWhats the money in AFL like, NUFAN?
I'm more of an NRL fan, so I don't know the exact salaries in AFL. The big name players would be getting 500K plus, but I'm pretty sure the lower tier players which Marsh would be in his first season or two would be on perhaps 100 to 200K. Perhaps someone more into AFL could provide you with a better answer..Whats the money in AFL like, NUFAN?
His dad is a coach at the team, according to Cricinfo. Hmmmm....Absolutely insane that Mitch Marsh would get 290K!!!
