I am. I hate T20, just enjoying the auction.
The paaki's keep sending terrorists to India like the Mumbai attack. Then when action against terrorist has been sought, then they take no actions. Hence as a decision no paaki players were invited for IPL.
Then the Pak people say do not mix politics and sports. Let sports be a bridge. Well India exactly had said a similar things. Let us have economic and people ties and not with a rider that politics first and then Economics and people tie. India gave MFN status to the paaki's. But paakis say no. We have to solve politics
Now when the PCB is not able to pay their players then to have a compensatory effect wants to send its players for IPL, Be a part of the success story of the nation which they always want to destroy, They cannot toe one line when it favours and take other.when it does not.
About Lara, he has not played for 3 years. He did not play 20-20 cricket then. He wanted to be player plus mentor for teams. And these contract are for 3 years not one. Hence based on that it is sensible to not go for Lara or Ganguly
Gayle can be truly called a shock probably he overjudged himself by keeping his bid at 400k. He should have kept it at 200k and he would have gone somewhere around 350 I guess.

Kolkata- the team to watch? Yusuf and Gambhir to open, and a middle-order of Kallis, Morgan, Tiwary and Shakib. They have found a keeper in Haddin. Bowling will be led by Lee, but the rest, bar Shakib, are bit bowlers. They may be compelled to give Kallis a full role, despite him being slightly misfit for T20 with the bat and severely misfit with the ball. Batting looks largely assured, but the bowling needs to be filled up. I guess LR Shukla will come in and be a KKR regular, but where will Dingo fit in? He's a Bengal player, he's decently fast, but stats say he's utter rubbish, even here in T20. Local tweaker Lahiri may warm the benches.

Kallis is an upgrade to Sharma, imo.
It has started with Auction. Soon the T20 can pick up. May be u will never like it, but I see thousand in the test nations, outside the test nations who are following and catching the game.
IPL is in many ways helping cricket image worldwide.

Both are T20 misfits. Somehow, overseas T20 misfits have done well in the IPL, while their Indian counterparts struggled.
Besides Sharma for a team not Delhi will struggle.
