I actually dislike the South African team for a few reasons tbh. I like a few of their players quite a bit though, and I had money on them in this Test so I've been cheering them on.

I've been accused of being a closet fan of every single Test country other than Pakistan at various points on CW though.

Time for Cribb to come out of the closet imo.

Yeah, there's a lot to dislike about the country in general and the management/history of cricket there.

But they have a lot of likable players, and because there's so few SA fans around here these players are invariably underrated so I find myself fighting their corner a lot.

Yeah agree totally. I also find myself disliking the Indian team which is strange since I like Sehwag, Dravid, Tendulkar and Laxman a lot. Basically I hate all of their bowlers.

I actually think that is 100% spot on. We've said "what an important session coming up" all match. But this time, whoever plays the best over the next 2 hours wins IMO.

India are so much better at batting than they are at bowling, which means I often find them quite boring to watch.

I really enjoy watching Sree in full flow, and begrudgingly respect Zeek. Probably the two I don't mind the least in the attack.
