Would expect the ball to do a reasonable amount through the air in this opening session, and hopefully off the pitch. Would give the Aussies a big boost if they get to lunch relatively unscathed, hopefully we can pick up three wickets, or more would be a bonus.

You shouldn't judge a book by its cover but I can't help thinking that Watson and Hughes are the stupidest-looking opening partnership in Test history

Yeah but I guess the thing is Khawaja doesn't have the experience of those two and is nervous. I would love them to bowl short at him early, he'll go after it.
