Yep, watched him bowl in 2 international games where he has been pounded. Much like everyone else, I imagine.
Ever heard of a thing called 'promise'? The lad looks promising hence why people are excited, is that so confusing ?

Woodcock would have been handy on this pitch.
Yeah, odd that he's been left out. Obviously it was the plan before the series, but still - if they wanted to have a second look at Brownlie they could've always left Mills out and just played Woodcock as a bowler.

lol, the lad's only 18, it'd be kind of mental for NZ fans not to be excited at the prospect of a NZ bowler other than Bond being clocked at 150
Yeah, that's why I only said he's "rubbish atm". He's 145-150, clueless and not accurate, which means he's right up there with your Daren Powells and Mohammed Samis.

Definitely a prospect but that's really not saying much imo. Being fast with the potential to bowl faster is a long, long way from being potentially a good international bowler.

I think he's promising too, but there's a big difference between being a "promising fast bowler" and a "bowler with the potential to bowl fast".

DWTA. I starting watching him in the CL, and he's generally got decent accuracy. Was very unlucky last game and bowled well until he started trying to ramp up his speed over 150.

Perhaps, accuracy is a tricky concept. Perhaps I should emphasise the "clueless". He hasn't bowled in the right places, maybe because he wasn't aiming for them.

who bats Younis and Shaifq together in a 20-20 game when you have Afridi and Razzaq in your line up dire.

Aamer is more polished atm but in terms of talent its quite close.
Milne doesn't get as much movement. Needs Bond to teach him about that as well.

Pakistan need to get a move on here. These two batsman are losing the game.
