Mascherano is sitting on the bench ATM, would Cesc be a certain starter? You would think so, but then you would think Mascherano would be starting most games.
I never expected Mascherano to start TBH. Busquets is much better for how Barca play.

I'm glad he is on the bench, perhaps teaching him a lesson for being such a **** in getting sold by Liverpool. If you want to leave, fine, but you don't need be a ****wit and go about it by refusing to train, show up to matches.

BARNES OUT
*Official* Arsenal Football Season 2010-11

Only reason this thread stinks. Can't wait for someone to snap Wilshere's leg so we can have 45 pages on how football should be made non-contact, they should wear tutu's and act all french.

Personally, I'm looking forward to us getting bored of buying footballers, and throwing millions at Lebron James, Chris Johnson and Greg Inglis.

YAY! Fulham 1 West Ham 3! We're off the bottom, at least for the moment anyway :)

Two winnable games against Everton and Wolves coming up as well if we can kick on.

Such a bonus to play Sunderland when Cattermole is out. Makes things much easier.

Loving Anderson's performances lately.

Debatable. By the 50th minute you'd have been playing against ten men. Though, that said, it's likely at least 3 of your players would have snapped legs/arms/spines.
He's given us some absolute nightmares in the last few games we've played against Sunderland though tbf.

Footballing nightmares that is, to compound the obvious fear of death involved in playing against him.

Rumours in Italy suggest that Roque Santa Cruz > Lazio on loan with a right to buy in the summer is all but certain to happen.

Well, I must admit I was passionately hoping for the Arse to win after the first half. Chelsea were just playing like Stoke without the finesse, it was really poor stuff from the Champions of England, I thought. They had Essien and Lampard playing for once and they just by-passed them. I know the thing is to out-physical the soft frenchies, but I've never seen them be so direct, Cech was their play-maker.

Need to make a marquee signing or two, I reckon.

Go compare the two subs benches today. For all the money they've spent over the years Chelsea's was genuinely shocking.
