ABC banging on about how England run over and support each other in the field, saying how good it is.

I remember when Australia in the 80s started doing it, Richie Benaud called it "superficial, ridiculous hype".

Times have changed I guess.

Did he really?

That's strange, because Richie was always genuinely excited when a wicket was taken during his playing day. Used to jump up and run over to the catcher and pat them on the back, which was pretty out there for the time, relatively speaking.

Good time for Johnson to show he can contribute in any fashion. Better time would be when he gets the ball ofc.

Yeah he did. I think he meant for a piece of ground fielding, or mid off coming over and patting the bowler on the arse.

Personally find the latter a real highlight.

Shoddy captaincy to keep Finn on for as long as he did. Smacked of assuming that the last four wickets would fall soon enough and anything around 200-250 would be fine from an English pov. I think Aus will reckon they're potentially right in this if they get 250, whereas 150ao would have been a massive mountain for their bowlers to climb.

EDIT
And now Collingwood's on virtually straight after tea. WTF?????

Even though it went for 4, that wasn't the brightest of shot from Johnson, could of landed straight at the fielder at cow corner.

Good fightback this by Haddin and Johnson. This should give him some confidence when he comes out to bowl as well.
