He will go after we stuff you in Perth.Ponting on borrowed time, IMO
Harris was pretty decent actually. Bollinger though had no control and was well down on pace, averaging around 78-82 mph when KP was smashing him to all parts. I'd be very surprised if he keeps his place.Well tbf I haven't seen any of it, but Harris' figures at least looked tidy in terms of keeping runs down. Dougeh went round the ground it seems, which tbf is not his usual way over here.
Be interesting - being one down the WACA may be lively. The past few years there have been lively Shield decks there but the Test wicket has been flat as a tack. If it is you'd be filthy as a quick to have bowled for nigh on three days on a highway then get rissoled just when they roll out a deck with something in it at Perth.
Doherty gone.
Dougeh to ton up here.
Dougeh!
Can you seriously see Australia biting the bullet and dropping him though? He's a legend, basically he'll play on until he quits. Even after he quits people would still want him in the side.Ponting on borrowed time, IMO
Be interesting that, with Hughes. He presumably will come in with the thought he's there for a while, assuming he goes ok, instead of knowing he's just a fill in. Wonder if it will affect the way he plays.Katich out of series as we guessed. Shame for him and Broad. Really hope Katich can come back but with age against him he may have played his last test here.
Good point. Hadn't realised that.Katich out of series as we guessed. Shame for him and Broad. Really hope Katich can come back but with age against him he may have played his last test here.
