Happy birthday Chewie. :)

Good to see we're making quick progress with the draft, could have the sides sorted in a couple of days' time at this rate.

Am I able to pick BJ Watling, on the basis that I can use him as my wicket keeper?

BJ Watling (wk)
Ross Taylor

It is up to Athlai - but my input on the matter is it that he is unlikely to keep. And if this is allowed then I will be tempted to give the gloves to Sinclair who is my line up.

The difference between Watling and Sinclair is that Sinclair has absolutely no chance of wicket keeping, whereas Watling is a more viable option if McGlashan misses the start of the tournament. I'm happy enough to let Athlai call either way, and I'll repick if Watling isn't classed as a wicket keeper.

Well I've got McCullum as my keeper even though there is a decent chance he might not. I can't really see Watling keeping with McGlashan and Kruger being there since they're both gun.

Will let them have a vote.

Don't think Watling is a proper keeper myself but I don't care enough to raise a fuss over nothing.:p Let him have it imo.

In T20s they're more likely to let Watling keep than play Ivins while McGlashan's injured. But once McGlashan is back he'd be a shoo in for the side. I'd say let him use Watling as a keeper
