Because they were a) very close series, so plenty of key moments, and b) the most recent, so the ones people most remember. '05 was the first series I watched, I bet there are plenty more people here like that.

This is such a **** battle. There's been a 100 years of ashes moments but apparently the only things worthy of mention happened in the past five years

People had a chance to nominate. A load of ironic moments in the past have made it but the fact of the matter is intricacies such as Cook getting hit in the box or Warner's sledge wouldn't have been as well recorded or documented 80 years ago. So only the big, big moments are remembered

I opened the thread because I thought there were would be some battles here. I did nominate one moment I think, but by the time I returned to the thread nominations were over
