Skippy, why did you have to get bowled by the worst of the worst for 57?
McCone starting to get worked around now, which is good, but he has been going at fours for a while now and he's getting the wickets. Surely even if he's a medium pacer it must be brisk? The pitches generally are too flat these days for a 125kph medium pacer to be as consistent as this guy has been. I've never seen him play and cricinfo's definitions can hardly be trusted so anyone know what kind of bowler this guy is?

Huge call. I reckon they'll largely stick with the status quo until Martin bows out. Neil Wagner, rightly or wrongly, has a lot of hype behind him so I can't help but think he will be next in line.
Lots of left armers sticking their hands up.

Yeah, I reckon for the Pakistan series they'll focus on Martin, Southee as the two certainties, with McKay, Tuffey, Mills and Bennett battling for the third seamers spot. I can't see any of the new guard breaking through this year, unless someone has a truly freakish season (ala Wagner/Wheeler so far, but Wagner is unavailable and Wheeler is too young).
