A tired stroke from Younis after a well composed 73.
Afridi picked Rehman cuz he was mad at Ajmal for taking a single.....LMAO!!!!FFS Pakistan don't want to win.
Interesting. I think the common thing among all those guys is that their stock ball is the inswinger (so they bowl the majority of the balls on the stumps) and they have good yorkers (as does Steyn). Steyn's stock ball is the outswinger and I suppose it is easier to get him away when there isn't much movement. Also no slips in ODIs.Is there any other pure fast bowler who bowls very quick worser than Steyn in ODIs? Akhtar, Lee, Waqar, Donald, Tait are(were) all guns in the format. Steyn just keeps getting owned in ODIs.
Lee's stock ball is the outswinger in ODIs surely?Interesting. Yep. Shane Bond too tended to swing the ball into the right-hander too.Interesting. Lee's stock ball was the one that went straight on... I guess?Lee's stock ball is the outswinger in ODIs surely?
Bond is a great example. ODI god, all round legend.Yep. Shane Bond too tended to swing the ball into the right-hander too.
It seems to work a little better in ODIs where the fields tend to be set for straight bowling. Obviously in tests you generally want your RF bowlers moving it away outside off.
