Btw can anyone tell me who the bowler in the no. 48 shirt is for QLD, at around the 1:00 mark, in the following video:

Home | Cricket NSW

The video is the Day 1 highlights of the QLD/NSW match. Its the player who bowls someone with a very impressive looking yorker.
Scott Walter. Got hammered around by Khawaja in his opening spell but then came back with the older ball and took five.

Over 14.6: George to North, no run, inswinger, forward and looks to be dead in front - a massive shout by the Redbacks - not out the call - looked plumb from here.

Was that the second innings? Apparently he was dropped on nought in the first innings as well. :@

Oh ok, cool thanks. There wasn't much footage of Khawaja going at him, but from what was there he looks pretty impressive?

Can't wait to see the highlights of Cameron and Copeland though.

George is a beast. He will play many more Tests for Australia. Still looks raw, massive upside with this bloke. Keep him fit SA.

Its good to see a couple of South Aussies doing well at the moment. Especially considering that was Ferguson's first 4 day game since his injury last year. Hopefully George can keep bowling well and force his way up the pecking order for national selection.

Just on another note, what the heck happened to Queensland today? Surely thats nothing short of embarrassment, especially at home!

Are CA going to stream the warm up games for England? They are being played at the WACA and Adelaide Oval. The games are listed as first class status so it would be awsome if they had the streams going.

When are the warm up games being played? Surely if they are streaming the sheffield shield, those will be up too...

Aren't ch9 going to broadcast that game? I'm not sure but I think I heard that somewhere.
That would be cool but unlikely. Been a long time since ch 9 showed a 4 day tour match, back in 03/04 Aus A v india I guess.

No doubt in my mind now that they'll pick Ferguson over Khawaja if Hussey goes. Been anointed by the chairman and has been groomed in the ODI team, plus is a right hander and the panel have made sounds about Swann and his record vs left hand batsmen.

Yep, the one ton has probably swayed them. Has a knack of playing a stylish knock right when the spotlight is hottest does Ferg.
