*Official* New Zealand in Bangladesh 2010

Flem274*

123/5
Don't be duped. Prior to this series, Bangladesh had played 16 ODI's this year (7 at home) and had won precisely 1 match. They've probably improved a bit, but the more fundamental fact is that in sub-continental conditions, we're just awful atm.
I remember them giving sides close runs though.

But meh, we suck in the subcontinent. Quelle surprise.

In the tri-series earlier this year they posted competitive totals but never looked like defending them, and against england they pushed them in one match, but were easily taken care of in the other two.

I don't want to make excuses but the Television people and BCCI  had asked for flatter pitches to make it more TV friendly.

We usually produce sluggish low pitches like the one we had for the Tri Series w/ Zim and SL when we had em for 6/5

sore knee according to him

I like it that the openers are throwing their bat at everything
Doesn't help that New Zealand are giving them plenty to throw it at. Short and wide, or full and on the pads. Miserable stuff.

If I'm right, I don't think we've batted through our full 50 overs since before the Aussies toured back in March.
Hardy surprising when the teams so horribly balanced like it has been for such a long period of time.

Is there a Odi series between Bangladesh & Zimbabwe before the World Cup? If there should be awesome, as both these teams showing lots of promise this year.

Why on earth are we not taking this opportunity to play Williamson? And why are we pretending that Stewart and Watling are internationals? ffs
