Get the impression England are waiting and waiting with the powerplay and not really scoring in the meantime, then the powerplay will come and they'll both just slog one straight up in the air. Hard not to be cynical with England batting.

There's no sense in scoring 3-4 an over at this stage of the game just to make sure you're in for the power play. It's just unbelievably stupid.
Lets put it another way. There's no way they'd be batting like this if:
a) there was no power play
b) it was a T20 and it was like 80-4 off 12.
