I wonder whether he had that knee op David Rodan had with the artificial ACL. If so, would probably bounce back pretty well. Rodan was back in 3 months and had probably his best season for Port this year.

Nah, he didn't have the LARS surgery.

If he did, he would've been back playing months ago. Surgeons are hesitant on recommending that alternative to young players as the number of successful receipients isn't high enough to gaurantee its 'safeness', if you will.

Yeah, have heard that. Plus, eventually, it has to be replaced, not exactly a long-term solution.
