He was the hero to win. He took so long to nail that moonsault and when he did, it was an emotional moment. Was so pissed when that punk Maven won.

Maven was a strange case imo, certainly to begin with was very bland and had no charisma, nor did he really look like a wrestler somehow. That said, his work towards the end of his WWE run back in 2005 was actually quite good and enjoyable. By far his best work with the company, too bad that he was fired as soon as he began to look good.

Speaking of commentators, Josh Matthews is cool too. I quite like him and Cole on NXT and how their rivalry continues on Raw, with Cole making little smug comments.

Michael Cole is fantastic. Plays off the internet's hate for him so well that it's genius. Plus seeing him dance on NXT was unbelievably funny. I haven't laughed that hard while watching WWE in a long time.

Haven't seen NXT yet...will catch it at the weekend.

Cole has been a diamond this year though. If you ignored his past I think he'd be getting loads more plaudits. It's refreshing having the play-by-play guy bagging the faces instead of the colour commentator. Loved it last week when he said "yeah, we know what's up" when R-Truth was doing his schtick.

Half way through Smackdown. Kaval/McIntyre was a top match, that bump towards the end was brutal. The crowd were really into all of it too. It'll be interesting to see how his title shot pans out.

Haha a WWE return for Kevin Nash at this stage would be vitstl. Wasn't it touted a few months ago when Nash's TNA contract was up in the air? Seem to remember reading something about HBK trying to persuade him to come back.

Just watched the Gabriel Cena match from Raw last week. I'm not 1 of Cena's biggest fans but I thought Cena did a great job in leading Gabriel to a really good match. His selling of Gabriel's offence made Gabriel look like superstar.

N.B. Ref Gabriel's 450 splash I love how he composes himself on the top rope just before he does the move. Once he gets his balance he looks all around him seems to milk the moment for an extra few seconds just adds to the drama and anticipation of the move for me.
