Miller was a bowling all rounder. He just happened to bat a lot better then Hadlee.

Agree with that. An all-time XI needs to have 4 bowlers of the top-most class. While Miller was an exceptional bowler, he was just a shade below the top-most class, which is the class of Hadlee, Murali, Marshall, O'Reilly, McGrath, Barnes, Imran etc etc

I personally feel these are the possibly best 11 we can choose from ALL 18 teams.
