We would accept your great and sincere apology, except you and your country have nothing to apologize for.

You can apologise for your fast bowlers frequent demolitions of the rest of our nations batting though, ****s. :p
What is it about the New Zealand team that made Mohammad Sami see red? Rubbish against everybody else, but on a few times he ran through us like our house was made of straw (don't ask where that came from).

Anyone who bowls 140+ will run through our Kiwi friends.

Yeah you have nothing to apologize for, we feel for you guys though, I can't fathom how bad it must feel to have cricket literally taken away from you

Whatever it takes!!!
Echo all the sentiments here.. There is no need for you guys to apologize. I was one of those who felt such a thing would not happen or that at least it will prevented easily with enough security.. But I was as wrong as you guys. It is not your or the majority of your people's fault. Without going into the politics of all this, terrorism just has to be defeated in every country where it has raised its head. Whatever the cause, THIS is not how you go about it... Juz wish every terrorist died, tbh.. I am that mad and sad.

Hearing Jayawardene say stuff like "I wont be talking to you now had that launcher hit" or about the driver who was killed in the mini van or the policemen bravely making sure they took the terrorists bullets to save people who they don't even know personally...... Or the umpire who was hurt and the driver of the SL bus who showed remarkably clear thinking and common sense and bravery and got them out of the predicament...

It is NOT fair.. :(

Exactly .The only way to stop terrorism is to find the source of funding and cut that line .Yes extremely difficult task .But thats the only solution .
Not really. How much money do you reckon this attack, and say the Mumbai attacks, took to put on? Not that much. Terrorism is extremely cost effective, hence its lasting appeal. If you have people willing to participate, an attack costs so little in money terms that you can never prevent them getting the dosh together.

When I created this thread I never imagines that Pak cricket image is going to get any lower than this ever but today's event made me realize how ****ed up things can be when you least expect them to.

Lahore incident was not in cricketers control....no players was involved in it BUT today's incident can not be excused...and I am offering same apology to fellow cricket fans all over the world to again not to judge Pak cricket based on this...we love cricket as much as you do.

The main apology owed here is Pakistani cricket to YOU, the Pakistani fan to which the players have shown absolute contempt towards.

AWTA.

Feel so sorry for all the loyal fans of the Pakistan team. Can't imagine how it feels. It must be so terrible to go from the great high after the win at The Oval to this unbelievable low.

This is worst than 90's....far worst.

I really hope none of these guys involved get away with it, all of them deserved to be banned for life....nothing less than that...they have traded the greatest honor on country for some $$...they dont deserve any forgiveness!

Is it confirmed? If it is, we might have just lost two of the most talented bowlers in the world.

It doesnt matter...... In 90's a scapegoat was made in Atta-Ur-rehamn and wasim was not punished considering what he had to offer to the team and country....his talent, abilities were considered before handing him punishment......what that did was made people like Butt, Akmal's, Amir, Asif...started thinking that they can get away with wrong doings....If Wasim was punished accordingly in Pak and other cricket boards punished their cricketers who were involved in 90's saga accordingly, today wouldnt have happened! That is just my opinion!

come on buddy... you don't have to feel bad for the rest of the world... feel bad for yourself that you, a true cricket fan, have been cheated.... there are bastards all over the world and unfortunately pakistan team has got a few of them at the moment... this shameful incident has got nothing to do with pakistan as a nation or pakistanis as people.... you dont owe me or anyone else any apology...

if pak cricket is run by honest men, then they will pick up kids from the streets and build a new team....

Haha yea, it's the Pakistani cricketing establishment that owe apologies to its fans, and all fans of cricket. The fans have only shown loyalty and have been treated with nothing but contempt.
