Richards needs to step it up for both club & country. ENG need a new right-back, with Johnson showing in the WC that he still cant defend againts good teams.

City could still have a strong have English look about it, even with all the spending. Very glad Mancini made Hart # 1 & bought Milner.

I love having a laugh at the Liverpool forums where they bang on about Dirk Krap being such a brilliant player for the Dutch at the World Cup. He was amazingly atrocious in the final. The only good thing about him is he doesn't give the ball away much, but that's because he virtually always passes the ball backwards within a moment of receiving it. When he's obliged to move forward he's hideous and only any use in the six yard box because then when he shoots it actually reaches the goal.
