It hasnt seamed that much, the damage in the first innings came from swing.

Amir should open the batting in all honestly. At least he might take some shine of the ball.

Yeah agreed. Pakistan could've given more than a few jitters had they taken their chances. And perhaps even dream of a win on this pitch.

That said Aamer.. WAG!! Absolutely smitten by this youngster. What a talent! And what mental strength to go with it! Nothing but his love for his country and team made him play such an innings. Pakistan should have a few guys like him who enjoy being out there, and place their team and country before anything...

It may not help them get a result in this particular match, but the Pakistani batsmen who've scratched around at the crease will be benefited in the future, perhaps Umar Akmal should take note.

Yeah thats what I am worried about. We have a great history of destroying fast bowlers with excessive cricket. Waqar is a classic case.

Fail to believe that Yousuf & Younis in the middle order, even if for 12 months, wouldn't do the world of good for the younger Pakistan batsmen. Team has the potential to be so much better if they weren't being screwed around by PCB.

Nothing wrong with the pitch for my quid. Slightly two-paced and a bit of uneven bounce but, as Aamer and Haider are now showing, there are runs to be had on it. Especially now the sun's come out.

As IO said, pretty much all the movement on the first two days has been through the air.
