You got a link for that? Certainly the first I've heard of it...- Amir is an awsome bowler but apparently he was ball tampering yesterday..
Nah I saw it, he was rubbing dirt from the pitch into one side of the ball. You got a link for that? Certainly the first I've heard of it...
Not comfortable with Watson at slip either, he dropped Taylor a couple of times when he blasted 100 recently as well. Would prefer Clarke back there although I know he's not perfect either.A few of my thoughts:
- North has to go. The guy is just way to inconsistent and he doesn't have the technique for test cricket, his shot yesterday was dire.
- I'm very disapointed for Australia to lose this test match, there are some issues that need to be addressed.
- Watson's slip fielding isn't to flash either. That dropped catch yesterday could of been crucial, I don't feel comfortable with him fielding at slip tbh, drops to many. I remember the Pura Cup final two years ago and James Hopes was bowling and Watson dead set dropped about 4 catches at slip.

- Rogers would be my preferred replacement form North as well but unfortunately that probably won't happen. Smith is going to be a star IMO but it's too early for him. Maybe Khawaja.
I saw it in todays newspaper. Greg Blewett made a point of it last night on foxsports that Amir was tampering, I think their was a video of him rubbing the ball on the pitch or something similar. You got a link for that? Certainly the first I've heard of it...
Gets my goat, that, given that it seems to me that the large majority of people who talk up 'Australianism' aren't actually Australian themselves.Shell from Clarke. Stiff chance, but it's test cricket.
Badly rooting for Pakistan, but the Oz win would be amusing if only because of all Sir Alex's snarky "Australianism" posts whenever an Aussie sports team does badly.
Not a troll though, obvShell from Clarke. Stiff chance, but it's test cricket.

I thought that would be a good strategy because the unexprience Pakistani batting line up would come under pressure and won't play thier natural game..that is exactly they are doing.. they are throwing thier wicket away simply because they are defending.. instead of attacking.. a tailender like aamir could attack freely thinking that they have batsman coming in next after him..Haha, what? Why play around with the batting order? Sending in a tailender under pressure will just make more wickets fall. It's only 40 runs, FFS, and you've got 7 wickets in hand.
