I am not saying Smith is not talented. He indeed is but to play at this level he needs more fc exposure imho.

think he batted 5 most of the year iirc, maybe wrong though and not a big deal. waste of a post really.
edit: I find it amusing that everyone seems to rate tim paine as batting really well this series, and talks down smith, based on his first class record, ignoring smith doing better this test also. I mean, Smith averages 56 in fc matches, with 4 hundreds, and paine averages 31 with 1 hundred. Paine with ~10 more matches, I don't get how this means he has a better record. /rant.
