No, I'm saying "for an Aussie" because they don't tend to play first class cricket that young, so there's nothing strange about a 21-year-old having played only 14 first class matches. It's not for any reason related to his ability. So if you want to pick a talented youngster, you're going to pick him without having a lot of FC experience behind him.
