Of course the only problem is almost the entire cricketing world would disagree with that. If you dispute that fact, I challenge you to start a poll asking who 'the best test side is - West Indies or Pakistan' and I'm more than happy to 'fess-up' if more vote for the Windies

Well i don't see many people in here disputing my claims!! , do they have a better bowling unit than us? yes, but even someone with not much cricket knowledge can see that we've got the better batting line-up, i mean i don't even know how you could even argue the point to be honest, and whilst they've been getting well beaten with near enough their stongest side availible we've had to take on Aus and Sa with half our team missing, but i guess that doesn't matter in your book.

Agreed, not by bucket-loads, but clearly no.1 for me too. Especially when one contemplates 2 or 3 of those nail-biting last wicket saves by both England & India in the last 12 months.

Am with WW here, Pak really can't be ranked higher than WI and NZ till they start winning things. This match is a start though.

The opinion of one incredibly patriotic West Indian supporter who's renown for over-talking & overrating his team certainly doesn't make it conclusive. Lets see what the majority of cricket fans think. You could even request a 'neutral' vote if you think there's more Pakistani fans on this forum.

Correction, was referring to the test where SA just failed to hang-on in the 2nd to last over. Could so easily have won that series in India

Erm excuse me where have i brought up the "Aus draw" in this thread? and you talk about "boosting arguments"? furthermore it's you who's claiming "the public would agree with you" so why do i need to start a poll? you're the one making the brave statements and unlike you i'm merely speaking for myself, not others.

I've just put the facts on the table regarding Pak not getting better results than Wi lately, whether you think i'm "overrating" WI or not the facts don't lie, it's that simple really.
