Batting is a little past it and the fielding would be fairly horrible. Still think they'd struggle in somewhere like Australia.

With Dravid, Laxman and Sachin at slips, Sehwag at gully and Gambhir at short-leg fielding is perfectly acceptable and far from horrible. Out of the batsman who would you say is past it? Only for Dravid could a decent case be made and even he averaged 60 and 100 in his last two series!

Dravid is clearly past it. Laxman and Tendulkar maybe aren't past it yet but they're not at their prime.
