the BCCI will surely give the money if they have some goodwill left or if they get the idea of global recognition for their own team

$500 million out of $2900 million (total earning from a single season of ipl) is no big deal

BCCI can do one thing quite easily ...make the rule that each IPL Teams can field 1 player from minnow nation apart from 4 foreign players ,this will increase the interest of franchise in good players from minnow nation ....

n that will be quite effective ...cricket will automatically b popularise there in minnow nation's .....

What utter BS! The IPL teams can already field players from a minnow nation if they are good enough. If you want to make it compulsory, no friggin' way.
