You'd have to say that Harris & Tait have completely shown up Bresnan & Anderson today. Does help having a couple of quicks who actually pose a threat.

Has Harris always been this quick? Seems incredible a bloke who bowls well over 90mph and (judging by his record) is no mug with the bat had to wait so long for a go.

Had a lot to do with the developments he made after moving from SA to Queensland, iirc.

He was no slouch when he played for the Redbacks, but he's been reinvented since moving on.

The first match developed exactly like except Morgan came to rescue.. You could say his form and Hussey's lack of form made the difference..

A batsman looking better against crap bowlers than good bowlers? Not really something new.

He's still quality.
Bit more than that tbh

Against the lesser guys (Hopes, Smith etc) he stands still and plays beautifully

Against the pace, he's all over the shop - poor foot movement, wrong head position, open face in defence

People ask how he could've been so good in T20/ODIs and so ordinary in fc - well there you have it

So he never faces quality in ODIs hey?

And Luke Wright, always a tad bit embarrassing bowled around your legs. Poor bloke.

Interested to know what Hopes asked his barber for.

"I'd like something that makes me look of abnormally low intelligence, please."

Tait to clean up here.
