50/2 and Watson has been run out aswell by Warner, god I hate run outs so much.

EDIT: 52/3 now and australia are in trouble, Clarke gone for his second duck in two matches.

Michael Clarke is single handedly eroding the once proud record and dynasty of limited overs cricket Australia once had. He's also bringing into serious disrepute the entire national selection process and the members involved. The guy needs to go back to state cricket one day cricket before he brings us into ruin, there have been enough chances given and sufficient evidence recorded.

Ferguson should be given as a straight swap when he becomes fit again. In the meanwhile there should be a host of other options in the squad. D. Hussey, heck even Warner, Hughes would all do a much better.

Just got home to see that the M-dog got another duckie. I don't know how to feel about that.

Totally wish I could have seen that, Church and Warner opening the batting for a county team in an Australian tour game.

Hopes is a decent cricketer but weather he is batting or bowling its like watching paint dry very UnAustralian.
His batting like watching paint dry?

He's certainly played a few knocks for quick runs in recent times. His bowling is just what we need in a 4th pacer, tight but always in the wickets.

All for him in the side around no 7, give Smith another season to hone his bowling into a international standard.

Looks like Tim Murtagh bowled well. Seems to have a decent record too. Is he anywhere near the England limited-overs frame at the moment?

Dial M's name was mentioned as a possible before the recent Bangladesh Tests but he didn't get selected. He's been excellent in recent seasons, one of the best seamers in county cricket.

Australia's bowling is bad without Johnson and England sound very confident.. but again almost a 2nd string Australian team beat Indian in India in the ODIs. England should beat "this" Australia. A series loss is a humiliation.

Honestly, Johnson has been average at ODIs for a long time (brilliant start but hasn't managed to recapture the ODI form that propelled him into the Test side). We've done fantastically over the past year or so with him only putting in a standout performance here or there. Him not playing isn't an issue.

I wasn't sure about it and had to check his record in the last 12 months.. you're right about it but with him in the side, I feel more confident of Aussies chances. But what worries me about this Australia team is clarke.
