I think that was Afridi's best ever innings in an odi and second best ever after his 141 at Mardas.Malings was awesome after a long while I have seen such a good bowling effort in an odi.Good entertainment overall should have been won had Akmal bros not resorted to some pot head running,

ok was not aware the rules have changed always seen an injured bat being allowed a runner unless the oppo captain opposes it.

I think that is fair enough, it isn't an injury, par se, but dehydration and lack of physical endurance.

Yeah, cramps are a conditioned thing. You are expected to be fit through entire match. Its not an injury, in fact its better not to allow runners for cramped player.
