Dude.. a batsman's true test is during the pressure time.. Inzi most of the time batted under pressure.. during his career, he mostly played when pakistan's top ordered failed.. so that means every time that he came to bat pakistan was down 2 to 3 wickets for less then 50 runs..

While the likes of Dravid had Ganguly, Laxman, Sachin and later Sehwag, Inzi batted most of the time with guys like yousuf, Salman butt, yasir hameed, Younis khan, Imran Farhat and so many other new batsman who couldn't even established themselves.. Pakistan didn't have a specialist number 3 batsman till early 05.. that means they were mostly down 3 when inzi came to the crease.. Yousuf did help and later Younis khan but it is hard to deny that Inzi batted most of his career under pressure..

just for that i rate him higher than any other batsman with the exception of Sachin..

Talking about performing under pressure without support, The first name that should come to mind is that of Hanif.

Tendulkar over Imran as captain?

School Boy/Girl Captain
India nominees:
Sachin, Gavaskar, Kapil, Sehwag, Dravid.

Pak nominees:
Imran, Wasim, Waqar, Inzi, Anwar

SL nominees:
Murali, DeSilva, Jayasuriya, Jayawardena, Sangakarra

Based on this, my top 10 players would be:
1) Sachin Tendulkar
2) Wasim Akram
3) Muralitharan
4) Imran Khan
5) Virender Sehwag
6) Rahul Dravid
7) Mahela Jayawardena
8) Waqar Younis
9) Inzamam Ul Haq
10) Kumar Sangakkara

This is my top 10 that can play ANY format. Obv there are players like Gavaskar who are better in tests than many of those ranked above but would be a total misfit in any other format.

All time Asian 11? Something like this would be closer I'd say:

Hanif Mohammed
Sunil Gavaskar
Kumar Sangakkara +
Sachin Tendulkar
Javed Miandad
Aravinda de Silva
Imran Khan *
Kapil Dev
Wasim Akram
Waqar Younis
Muralitharan

Dravid or Sehwag could probably walk into that lineup just as easily though.

Hanif Mohammad, Miandad even Mohd Yusuf has case to be compared or even rated above him..
only Miandad could make such a claim but I rate inzi higher than him simply because Inzi was a natural aggrassive batsman..He had to adjust so many times to the situation that at times u forgot about him being an aggrassive batsman.. i don't think M. Yousuf and Younis were (at thier best) and are in his league.. I can't comment on Hanif cuz i haven't seen him batt..

but i would take Inzi any day over Dravid, laxman, yousuf, Younis, Arvinda De silva, Gavasker, Sangakara, Jaywaradne, Sehwag and afew other Asian batsman..well lets put this way..except Sachin.. over anyone else..

Mr. Glass
Don't post then.
Okaaaay.

You expect to get questions if you post in an internet forum understand?
Yes sir, I understand that. But I just can't stand you. Its fine when others question me.

Who do you think you are?
Someone who is not considered to be a troll around these parts, unlike you.

If you don't want anyone to question you, put everyone else on ignore. OK?
Oh, jeez! Thanks man, forgot about that little tool completely! Guess who is going into that list first?
