Just because they are the rules doesn't mean they are right or fair.
Says Cricinfo:What's this about 7 ball overs?

Johnson to Kamran Akmal, no run, 140.6 kph, leans forward to drive to mid-off . Seventh ball of the over. Not sure whether we missed any no-ball call

Mohammad Aamer to Haddin, no run, 127.2 kph, hmm another over with an extra ball .... pushed out to covers. .
Standing by this, but tipping England to take it tomorrow night. The ****s.Will be gutted if England win a cricket world cup in my lifetime tbh, regardless of the format.
Yes, too right, Aussies seem to be born winners with the courage and self-belief that cricketers from the other nations don't have. It should be bottled. And every other nation as Australia are the only team who have an outstanding tournament win record.
When one side has to bowl a 7-ball over accidentally they give the other side an extra delivery too, as far as I'm aware.Says Cricinfo:
Happened to both teams at least.
I'd have really fancied your chances against Pakistan. But against Australia on the Barbados pitch I'd be steering well clear of 11/8.Oz warm favs by my and the bookies' estimations: oddschecker.
Oz 4/7
Eng 11/8
Think we're better value, tbh, but not confident. Seems weird to say we haven't been tested yet as we don't have a 100% record, but we haven't. All our wins have been serene and, without wishing to play the poor loser, our loss was a case of being diddled by the system rather than a dodgy performance as such.
