Franz Beckenbauer - This One was more tighter but Beckenbauer's win as a manager just edges out Maradona.

2nd one's a toughy. Gonna go with Maradona though, 2 of the greatest individual goals you'll ever see in a World Cup, and his coke fuelled celebration in USA 94 tips it his way.
